Lindsay Beaulieu - Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach
2023-2024 Season: Coach Beaulieu led a young team to a 4-14 record this season, placing in 11th place in MPA Girls Class D South, missing the tournament. They had some bright spots throughout the season and hope to build off those in the coming years. She coached one all-conference player this season.
2022-2023 Season: After losing many key pieces from last year's team, the girls finished 3-15 and in 9th place. They missed the Girls D South tournament, but finished the season on a high note with a big home win against North Haven as well as winning the MPA Sportsmanship Award.
2021-2022 Season: Lindsay led a young, inexperienced group of girls to a 3-15 record. The team secured the #7 seed in MPA Class D South, and gave #2 Rangeley a scare in the quarterfinal game. The team was much improved from start to finish.
Press Release December 2, 2021:
Temple Academy is excited to announce Lindsay Beaulieu as our new girls’ basketball head coach. Lindsay will be taking over a young, inexperienced group who missed almost a full season of basketball last year. Lindsay brings enthusiasm, leadership, and a great knowledge of the game to a program that has lacked consistency of late.
Lindsay started basketball at a young age and was involved in many youth basketball programs as a player. Lindsay then played for Winslow High School under now Skowhegan boys basketball coach Tom Nadeau. Lindsay had a great career, finishing it off by being an all-conference player as co-captain in her senior year. Tom praised Lindsay for her work ethic and leadership.
Lindsay graduated from Winslow High School in 2009 and started her college career at the University of Maine at Farmington. Lindsay played two years for UMF coach Jamie Beaudoin, who also spoke highly of her effort and character.
